At BJJ Fanatics Gear, we want to ensure you have the best equipment for your journey on the mats. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping container if possible.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
